We’re Jake and Rhy, the people behind Point & Purpose.
Est. 2026, based in Kilmore, Victoria.
We started Point & Purpose because we love darts and the people who play it. For us, darts isn’t just about competition, it’s about switching off, having a throw, and feeling part of something. We wanted to build a store that reflects that.
Whether you’re aiming for the big stage, throwing darts for fun with mates, or just picking up your first set, we’re here to help. We focus on good gear, honest advice, and being approachable, no ego, no pressure, and no “silly questions”.
As a family-run business, we genuinely care about the people we serve. We support players all over Australia and are big on real connections, personal service, and treating people the way we’d want to be treated.

Jake & Rhy
A personal note
We are a husband and wife team living in Kilmore, VIC with our son and our two dogs. Family is everything to us and sits at the heart of all that we do.
Rhy has a background in childhood education, disability, and the allied health sector, and is the founder of two businesses, Be Heard Therapy & Supports and Admin Sidekick. She brings the business brain along with a deep passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their experience or skill level on their darts journey. Through her own lived experience with anxiety, Rhy is especially passionate about helping people discover activities that support their mental health and overall well-being.
Jake comes from a background in sales and customer service and brings an infectious love of darts. He is passionate about making darts approachable, whether someone is exploring new equipment or picking up darts for the very first time. Through personal experience, Jake has seen firsthand how beneficial darts can be for both physical and mental health, and he is excited to share that with others.
Together, we are incredibly excited to bring Point & Purpose to life and create a space built on connection, inclusion, and enjoyment.
