POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
what are the postage costs
If you spend less than $25 your postage options are:
- $15 standard
- $25 express
If you spend $25-$250 your postage options are:
- $10 standard
- $20 express
If you spend more than $250 your order will receive free standard postage
If you spend more than $400 your order will receive free express postage
IMPORTANT: Some of the heavier items, such as dart boards and dart mats, are excluded from free shipping and attract extra shipping costs

Will I receive tracking information
Yes — once your Point & Purpose order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Does Point & Purpose offer international shipping?
At this stage, Point & Purpose ships within Australia only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. We aim to process as soon as we can, but please remember we are a family-run business, so we only have so many hands!
Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days once dispatched.
Please allow extra time during peak periods for both dispatch and delivery.
RETURNS, exchanges and order changes
What is your Exchange and Returns Policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. If:
- You item is unused and in it original packaging
- You have proof of purchase.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit (for the amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping) once the item has been received and inspected. We do not offer cash refunds.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to exchange or return your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my Point & Purpose order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
